Hagoromo didn't have Mangekyo that's why he could not. He can create a chakra construct with Yin release if he wanted to but not Susanoo because it's a Sharingan jutsu not a Rinnegan jutsu.

You can't use these character without the creators say so. SP got the say so from the man who created it.. What is the problem with folks these days.

If any1 of you create something an then let some1 else make millions off your work without your say so, No. you'd sue them for it. SP is just trying to pick up Kishi's pieces. People ask for these flashback/"filler" but now cant handle it. (It's not cannon")

SP can't do anything without Kishi looking over them so anything that's done has to go through the creator of these characters for infringement/stealing his work.

Anything that's done in anime is overwriting manga cause the creator of the said show let it happen.

If you people don't understand that it's about money then y'all need to go out an live life alittle an find out for yourselves.

Anime is a continuation of what's not done in the manga. sometime inconsistencies can occur when this happens but it doesn't make the work less or more "cannon/filler".
