So I made a prediction about that:
I was reading most of the threads about how madara's sole purpose in Kamui is to regain his other rinnegan. I think you guys haven't thought of the whole situation.
Right now Madara apart from having the chance to regain his other rinnegan, he has some other aces that you haven't considered: Obito and Sakura.
Madara will be able to weaken Obito and thus making him controllable again. That way he can give him back his other sharingan and he will be able to awaken his Susanoo. Now you might say that Obito won't last long but still Madara can give him chakra. Point is though, that Obito with both of his MS, even at his currently weakened state, you don't know of what he's capable of.
However, the most important thing in this case is Sakura: Most of you consider her as a complete fodder. However, she holds a very important role in this whole story and that's Naruto's, so far, love for her. Being said that, Madara can perfectly take advantage of this weakness and use her as a hostage to force Naruto to commit suicide in exchange for her life. That would actually make it very dramatic plot-wise since it would be the ultimate decision. Also, it's not like we haven't seen similar things in the past as well. Yahiko died in exchange for Konan, Obito to save Kakashi, Rin to save Konoha, Tobirama to save Hiruzen, Danzo and Might Dai to save his child along wth his friends.
Besides, it's an action that it perfectly suits madara's personality. This guy apart from brute force, likes to use mind games and that can be seen by how he activated PS to terrify the kages, and how he likes to reverse situations. Also, the way he retreated to regain his other eye, proves that he his arrogance doesn't cloud his fighting insticts and knows that currently he's at disadvantage or at least not at the best possible state. So, to force one of his basic two enemies to commit suicide, whould actually be ingenious because then he will be abe to easily overpower the the other one.
Also, it would make a nice contrast with what happened to Karin, when she was taken hostage, and Sasuke was willing to kill her. Do you think that Naruto is willing to do the same with Sakura?

Since some of you might think of a cheesy scenario in which Madara will hold Sakura in front of him or something like similar, there is another scenario: he can leave her in Kamui world while he puts a sealing or something in Obito's eyes so he will have the ability to destroy them whenever he wants, like detonating bombs or something. That will make Obito a very dangerous opponent since with his set of MS, neither of Naruto nor Sasuke will dare (for Sasuke I have my doubts lol) to kill him because if Madara decides that Obito can longer fight, and detonates his eyes, then Sakura will die alone in Kamui with no way other of it, so it would be the exact same resault.
SO what do you think of this idea?
