Like I said, Sasuke's speed and reflexes were far greater than Madara's at that point. He cut down Madara and Madara couldn't even complete a thought during the process.

if you look at the way the blood is flying and the way madara's hands are positioned when sasuke is about to strike sasuke used teleportation to get behind him and then slash.. if sasuke slashed from the front due to the position of madara's hands then madara's hand should have also been cut off
