Madaras Izanagi eye question?

Hashirama's Senju DNA over time restored the light in his eye. Once the light was fully restored, he awakened Rinnegan.

When he used Izanagi it was probably Izuna's eyes and he destroyed the right one

It was said (at least i think) that Madara's Rinnegan were his original eyes. And he gave them to Nagato

When he met Obito he had one left eye, so he might have been using Izuna's remaining eye.

No, you have got it wrong. Madara won't have EMS if he used his original eyes. So, the Rinnegan awakened in Izuna's eyes which Madara used.

There are three answers to this plothole :-

Option-1 : Hashirama DNA :-

Hashirama's Senju DNA over time restored the light in his eye. Once the light was fully restored, he awakened Rinnegan. Hashirama's DNA has massive healing powers and it could have healed Madara's Blinded eye.

Option - 2 : Rikudou Chakra/Awakening Of Rinnegan :-

The scan above shows the right eye has change due to Madara's mixing Ashura's and Indra's chakra, bringing about the Sage of Six Path chakra.

Bold : It shows his Left Eye.

Basically, ever since Madara combined Indra and Ashura chakra,he was able to use Rikudou chakra before awakening of Rinnegan. This was perhaps because his right eye was blind and it has being shown that having Rikudou chakra doesn't instantly give you Rinnegan : Ex : Kakashi. The Riukudou chakra eventually healed Madara's Right Eye and he awakened Rinnegan.

Option - 3 : The Eye Theory :-

After Izuna's death; Madara was left with two pairs of Eyes : His own and Izuna. By this theory Madara re-transplants his own eyes as a Safety Measure against Izanagi. Using the residual power of Izuna's MS, he is able to fight with the EMS using his own eyes (This can be supported with the Eye powers being transferred : EX: Itachi's Amaterasu in Sasuke, Obito transferring his Eye Powers to Kakashi).

After Madara died, he triggered Izanagi using his original Right eye and destroyed it. He then re-transplanted Izuna's eyes and awakened Rinnegan.

After giving away Izuna's Eyes/Rinnegan to Nagato, Madara used his original Left Eye when he met Obito in his hideout. This was perhaps Madara's Original Left eye.

After Madara's Death this left eye was taken by Obito. Obito used the eyes chakra signature (Madara's eye) to trick Kuruma into believing he was Madara and this eye was probably destroyed when Obito used Izanagi with it during his fight with Konan.

No, that's not possible as Madara retained the EMS. If he had EMS, it meant he was using Izuna's eyes.

There is no official answer. People are just speculating, trying to cover up the plot hole. But in actuallity, no one knows how Madara regained both his eyes, after sacrificing one for izanagi.

Well since it has been stated that the awakening of EMS restores your eyesight, the same could easily be said for Rinnegan...

Like mentioned earlier, Itachis almost destroyed eyes became good and healthy again, after being transplanted into Sasukes head. So it was Sasukes brotherly Uchiha MS-Chakra which influenced the eyes.

Same happened with Madaras eye after he mixed his Indra-chakra with Hashiramas Ashura-chakra. But it took some time because of the sealing by Izanagi I guess.

Maybe because the other eye is covered by his hair? That happens, you know. Unless there's a scan that explicitly shows him with his left eye as the Rinnegan and his right eye still blind?

I'm talking about after he already has given his Rinnegan to Nagato...It's weird that he is missing a right eye (the same as when he Sacrificed one for Izanagi)

I think that was just a random sharingan o.o
I can imagine, as a clan leader, Madara would try to get dead uchiha bodies back to their "base" when they died in battle, to make sure their Sharingan don't fall into the hands of the enemy (Senju for example). And why should they destroy these eyes when they could collect it? Izanagi was still a thing back then I guess.

And after Nagato got the Rinnegan, he just implanted one eye to be not blind.
Or he got it during the war, Obito surely wasn't the only Uchiha "going down" in this war.
