Madara isn't from uchiha clan but he's from hyuga clan.His mother was a hyuga clan but she's married with Sajobo.Sajobo isn't ordinary man,he's a transformation from "Tengu",king of crow(demon of death).
Madara's mother no longer a hyuga,she's been thrown out by her family.Tengu can transform into a human.In human transformation he's always bringing big fan in his(tengu) shoulder.This fan was make as uchiha clan's icon(see madara statue at valley of the end).
After madara born,Sajobo(tengu) name his son with Madara no Uchiha"fan"(Madara from fan family).Madara was born with special ability.Different with his mother where have eye technique byakugan,madara have a evolution eye technique what we called Mangekyou Sharingan.
Madara got that eye from his father sajobo.In 13th year madara was famous as good and stronger shinobi.He's best friend with shodaime hokage.When he's grow up,with his brother(izuna),madara practicing Mangekyou sharingan until the highest level.
Different with his brother ,madara using mangekyou sharingan and izuna just using ordinary sharingan.Madara founding tengu's temple.He's very angry until he realized he is a half blood demon.His born just a ritual for tengu come to human world as real.
Tengu want using madara's body to come to the human world as whole as real.Madara not just standing around.He's keeping history of his family very deep in himself.And he studying all of high level shibonu technique but he know that's not enough.
