it's a clone from zetsu that looks very like madara and that madara can control with his soul our something
but when he met itachi he needed to be there by himself to fight the uchiha clan with his MS
and tobi is about the same hight as itachi but when he met itachi in the forrest he was alot taller than itachi (sorry its crappy)

alright im not saying your wrong but the hight thing can easily be explained.

Iachi was simply younger back then.

Itach is easily one of the tallest members of the akatski which can be seen when kabuto did the impure resurrection justu or whatever, his hight was only second to kakuzu.

According to naruto wiki Madara Uchicha is 5.74 ft
Here Itachi's final hieght is 5. 84ft and in part one he was about three years younger he was 5.75 ft, which shows he grew.

We all know when he met madara he was even younger so their is little more to be said.

Alright, since I predicted Kisame was alive in his sword also came out to be true, I am your god.
But besides that, perhaps Madara just copied Zetsus ability?
If not able with the normal sharingan, perhaps the unconfirmed ability of the EMS would be copying bloodline limits ( if it is indeed Zetsus bloodline limit ).
People tend to forget about the copy ability.
And on a side note, its not Obito, even a blind braindead monkey can see that.

You know I never thought of that but that would make the sharingan to powerful, plus if madara had that power he probably would of been the perfect ninja already like that dude was trying to be in Naruto Ship Mov. 3.

In other words he would of been one bad as* dude who wouldn't need all that military power. He probably would of been on the same level as the SO6P, because he would of copied pien's renningan. He would even have all elements even the advanced elements. I would just make the story seem to drag on powering up this foo. So I think that Unconfirmed ability of yours is too far-fetched to put into consideration.
