1. Rinnegan by itself is a rikudou powerup. madara beat them once he got his rinnegan
2. sasuke doesnt have sharinnegan. let alone 2. tomoed rinnegan=/=sharinnegan
3. wrong madara used gedo mazo as well making it 2 jutsu like sasuke
4. sasuke couldnt make a himself a jin due to gedo already being sealed away if not he would have done the same thing. instead he powered up his soosano with the bijjus chakra with skill on par with rikudou.

I'm not sure how the 2 situations can even be compared.

-Sasuke used genjutsu on 9 Biju with no host.
-Genjutsu was impossible in Madara's case due to 2 Perfect Jinchuriki being around.

If you replace 9 Biju with the team that faced Madara, would Sasuke have won? Depends.
Sasuke is stronger than that version of Madara, but he doesn't have the Gedo Mazo and even if he did, he doesn't have a move that is inconspicuous like Limbo in order to create an opening to seal them.

The combined Bijudama of Kurama & Gyuuki alone produced an explosion visually comparable to the one that blew off half of Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o.

A combined Bijudama from every single Biju would logically be more than double the strength of that considering that 50% Kurama=5 Biju in chakra output and Gyuuki doesn't seem much stronger than any of the other Biju if at all going by portrayal that tails=/=power except for Kurama.

A Bijudama that produces an explosion more than twice over what blew off nearly half of Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o would logically annihilate it.
The author could simply make it survive though looking haggard or have it basically destroyed with the user unharmed if he sees a Perfect Susano'o user to be above mere Biju.

2.madara had one normal rinnegan and Sasuke had 2 sharinnegan

3.sasuke used 2 jutsu(gen and CT) madara used one (limbo)

4.both had goals to capture and use the bijuu but Sasuke could only use A PORTION while madara acquired ALL the power.

Well to unlock Rinnegan in general you have to have Hagoromo's chakra. Because Madara mixed Indra's and Ashura's chakra.

Tell me how Sasuke can beat bijuu+SA with one normal rinnegan-Give him Hashi's Sage Mode and he could with his Enton clad EMS Susanoo. At this point in the story Sasuke was more than equipped to deal with multiple bijuu. Just need that Hashi regen to seal the deal on all 9 together.

I think I get what you're stating here. The small amounts of Ashura /Indra chakra was enough to eek out the awakening of the Rinnegan. But didn't he need the bijuu chakra (or rather the tree/Kaguya) chakra to reach SO6P sage mode? I think that stems beyond just the Ashura/Indra chakra, but that extra umph (as you stated a bloodline head like Hago or in Maddy's case Kaguya) to get that full Rikudo going.

You need those for the TSB and the cloak. For instance, Obito had enough Bijuu Chakra and Sage's chakra to create one TSB, but didn't have enough to create the full cloak.

I don't know about that because the way Hagoromo was talking. He made it seem like Madara awakened all his chakra because he mixed Indra's chakra and Ashura's chakra. Then by becoming Juubi jin he said Madara was trying to get Kaguya's power.

He only said it "brought out my chakra." He never even implied that the quantity was large. Remember, Madara only took a very ... very small piece of flesh from Hashirama. Which is why it took years for the mutation to occur.

Becoming a Jubi Jin automatically results in the Sage of the Six Paths Mode. It's what the databook states. So, of course he was closer to Kaguya. He had the Mezo and the Bijuu within him.
