What the hell is he going to do with it?! Cool himself down after killing a horde of shinobi? Blow away techniques? Man he should've invested in a good katana ,or because the Naruto world seems to have modern inventions(jetpacks from the movies and airships), a gun.

PS All im wondering is what the heck a fan's gunna do against black lightning, fire, kunai, and strong jutsu.

Hey that fan's looking pretty bad ass. You don't see those kinds of fans everyday, however we haven't seen Madara do much else except use his Space-time migration so he might have some pretty strong jutsu lined up in that thing.
