Having lots of chakra doesn't make you automatically powerful; for example - Genin Naruto had more chakra than Kakashi but was he stronger? No.

Sasuke will become as, if not more skilled than Madara. You also failed to note that in that chapter, everything was in the past tense (I was born with strongest chakra" etc) and was told to him by Madara, who already takes great pride in his abilities. Plus, Sasuke's chakra has already been compared to Madara, by the Kyuubi and it's hardly as if he is short on chakra.

So you actually believe sasuke chakra is on the same level as the kyubi right ?

If that's the case that not true ,the reason for it is Sasuke's susanoo with his low chakra he can't make a full devloped on.
That's why he needs the chakra of Naruto and Jugo.

On the other hand Madara can achieve perfect susanoo on his own.

Which means Madara chakra is greater.
