That's assuming that Tobirama's version doesn't require seals or hand signs, which it most certainly does. If it requires seals, Madara activates susanoo and prevents Tobirama from marking him. If it requires hand signs, then he might teleport inside the susanoo.

Hiraishingiri requires no seals or handsigns. It is an insta KO.

Tobirama said Minato is superior, we only know that Minatos doesn't require no seals or handsigns, but do we know if Tobiramas doesn't require it ? - NO. Stop fkin using speculations in debates.

And yes Tobirama was scared. He talked shit about Madara only behind his Back, never even stood up to fight Madara himself he always was behind Hashiramas back, when Madara was down after 24 hours of fighting against all Senju clan he was brave enough to "KILL MADARA" when Madara was almost dead.
