There is no such chapter. It is just a theory based on the last manga where on the last page we are shown Anko's curse mark on her neck and Madara holding his neck at the same time.
There is no such chapter, it's just that in the last chapter you notice Madara touching his neck... so ppl start theorising about something like that. I personnaly dont know :shrug:
