After all Madara has nothing on Tobi's Jikukan technique which could only be broken by constantly attacking Tobi without any chance for him to escape. But since he can simply sink to the ground and reappear whereever he pleases, Madara won't push him to his limit that easily. Never mind the rest of Tobi's arsenal.

Two equal, incredibly strong, nearly undefeatable foes, yet in my oppinion Tobi is the superior one.
