The threads asking who would win in a fight, there's no need to worry about what happens after. But if you want to go down that route he could end up as the 10 tails jinchuuriki if he got rid of Madara, so he would no longer need his intangability, he also has the rinnengan.

He cant become the juubi's jinchu without Madara,and im pretty sure Madara isen't dumb enought to help Obito accomplish that.My oppinion is that Madara intended to use the jinchu power's not for infinite tsuku but for him to be the strongest of all.That lil trick about infinite tsuku maybe just a scam for obito to help him become the most powerfull being.

And btw,do you really think that Madara would just stand there,and wait for obito to use Kamui?Neh he would make 1000 clones and fight Obito,the man doesn't get tired/has infinite chakra/is immortal.GTFO,obito would get f'cked up badly.Btw,im not a madara fanboy,so don't missjudge.
