he was controlling withit kyuubi(we saw tsukuyomi on kyuubi) so he was using it long time on kyuubi to controll him...i dont think that he could use another its power

How do you know it was tsukuyomi he used on the kyuubi, For me it looked like just a very powerful normal genjutsu his sharingan was in its original form when it cast the genjutsu

If it was tsukuyomi his Ms/Ems would be showing in his eye
