actually Itachi is, I like the guy and yes hes in my top 4 list but still

Minato is underrated because most ppl still think all he has is a jutsu that moves you and Rasengan weaker than Narutos

i read that manga number today(im doing reviewing)...but i didnt c that hand falling...doesnt matter...he can do as many hands as he wants

but in a battle he wouldnt have more than one extra hand (izanagi) since there would be no time, Minato can strike again in less than a second, if he can do that to Madara in an instant can u imagine what he can do in 10 seconds?

Madara is the 2nd behind Minato (excluding the bromance duo and SO6P) with his ST, Rinnegan and Sharingan

it was ems, he used tsukuyomi on fox, but didnt use it against minato...he didnt use any technique except space time ninjutsu...and he was during fight controlling kyuubi...and minato almost lost(if madara sucked him fast on first try...)

he was controlling withit kyuubi(we saw tsukuyomi on kyuubi) so he was using it long time on kyuubi to controll him...i dont think that he could use another its power
