madara will win , kakuzu is out of league ,kin/gin has no counter for the meteorite jutsu,susanoo ,tsukiyomi and amaterasu in addition of preta path.

since its never shown madara knows anything about kakuzu or kin and gin, he gets raped. madara says "hashirama" and is sealed. actually since you said they have FIVE treasures, they merely only need madaras attention and then hes sealed in amber pot. plus the bashoshen means you have two people spamming all 5 elements at madara. katon is useless. mokuton is useless.

and if they need to, kin and gin can go to 6 tails jins and kakuzu uses doton armour.
