I found it but thx anyway a lot of emphisis was placed on "That" technique not to mention he said he still has plenty up his sleeve. Kabuto seems like the play it safe until I have to kind of guy but I still feel he has some sort of chance against Madara although we can't be sure just how much.
come on you have to give kabuto some credit because he does have edo tensei and can put up a fight. He has some of the strongest ninja ever like nagato, itachi, muu, 2nd mizukage, strong jinchurkis and many others, even someone like madara would have hard time beating all of them at once.

dude, strongest, the best kages ever were first 4 hokages...no doubt...noone of other kages could beat them, it was said, tobirama and hashirama=strongest shinobis of eyr period, hiruzen god of shinobi at his prime minato the best of all kages tsunade the best healer.......well but kabuta is quite strong....but edo tensei is for losers which cant fight on eyr own

Let it go he's not going to give anybody credit when it comes to whoever vs. Madara. Just look he's saying Edo Tensai is for loosers, that's his argument it really doesn't make sense to engage him anymore when he has a one tracked mind when it comes to Madara.
He never said anything about the strongest Kage. He said some of the strongest shinobi. Anybody, I repeat Anybody who has gained the title of Kage is by definition one of the strongest shinobi of their generation no matter if they can or can't beat another Kage. Also Konoha may have bred the strongest Kage ever but there is no way any of them wouldn't have their fair share of trouble dealing with any of the other Kage if they fought even if they come out on top. If IWR is for loosers who can't fight then what is Madara's S-T Migration? We've seen Kabuto fight more then Madara. I feel if your a shinobi who doesn't need to fight to be a bad ass then your one dangerous mofo (i.e BOTH Madara and Kabuto)

Imma go with Madara right now but we don't know anything about kabuto all we know is he has all the 7 swrods men and stuff but when he tought Madara how to use edo tensei Madaragot shocked kind of also when Kabuto left he said there is no one to defeat me I am invincible so yeah. Right now Madara is stronger I think.
