Yeah he did, but in the face of aggression from Madara admitted in his thoughts that he wasn't ready to face the Rin & Sharingan then and there. Kabuto obviously must have a plan to use Madara (I doubt he would just kill him; His personality can't resist that much power). My best guess is either he plans to do a coup against Madara and take the kekei genkei, and perhaps the ten tails if he gets that far. Or, I wouldn't be surprised if he simply killed Madara and then turn him into a puppet to add to his collection.

That aside, I think Kabuto should be featured on Hoarders..
