Madara most likely, but who knows what Itachi had up his sleave, that man was one big secret. So possibly Itachi, but as things currently stan madara.

lol itachi....since when is madara so scared of 1 person? he said "now that itachi is gone the leaf is no longer off limits"...among other things....dude comes out as soon as itachi dies...thats weird...lol eff ems cause itachi's eyes are unmatched idont think madara could handle him....the only thing helping madara is his teleporting but i think itachi's insight is too good
