I think he would win because he is edo and madara is alive therefore madara can run out of chakra very fast and get tired from using the sharingan, and it looks like itachi is way smarter than madara.

Firstly this is a hardcore itachi fan speaking. Madara seems like he has quite a large chakra reserve. Anyway sure itachi is an elite strategist and can win, but i dont think he would. Also you make it sound like edo ninjas are invincible

what do itachi being edo have anything to do with strength at this point madara without the sharingan is still stronger than him, edo isnt INVISIBLE, therefore if itachi takes critical damage he can be seal, just like everyone else(3rd Raikage, Muu, etc....)

What are you talking about. Infact he seems to know more about edo tensei than anybody else. Im sure he knows that in order to defeat an edo ninja's you have to seal them and im very sure that he has a variety of sealing ninjutsu's. Madara takes this unfortunately
