Hashirama Senju the 1st hokage and father of konoha said to be so strong he was a legendary figure like the sage of 6 paths only known person to have ever beaten Madara
Mokuton,Medical skills on tsuandes level,eternal darkness genjustu,sleep pollen etc

after seeing what Edo Madara has been doing u could say that Madara was everything he was said to be....i Would assume that Hashirama is as strong as believed. U see Naruto win against people with Using Different types of Rasingans... whos to say that because madara has a rinnegan that he would win..... Hashriama can still heal himself and has not as many attacks but still powerful. i could see a long battle where Madaras chakra and health over a long battle would hurt him

the question is would having 3 more techniques make a difference although personally i think madara would win
