Edo counts as a kage since tsunade is only healing

• 4th Kazekage

Personally i believe the 4 edo kages would give him more of a fight than what the current kages are doing.

Going by what we have seen from them and madara, they do not have a counter for meteor no jutsu, but then again they are edo's.

None of them have shown any sealing ability although i wouldnt doubt that they have one.

If Madara isn't Edo he can't use the meteor Jutsu without Killing himself

Kages are not genin, they are powerful and Madara has Kage level, in my opinion
