Its true aizen has complete hypnosis but madara has MS which is no less than a hypnosis

Actually Madara will win 1 because madara is unhurt able by anything rember that alos madara has lived for over thousands of years ago also madara has the power to summon any tailed beast like he did to konoha his chakara is that strong. So a good question you should be asking is who will win in a fight Madara or Zaraki Kenpachi?

You also have to take into account how much more powerful the bleach characters are... and that if their reiatsu is strong enough (kenpachi for example) you wont even be able to scratch them. it's like comparing DBZ to pokemon.

Are you serious? Really? Aizen would obliterate Madara. In terms of power, Bleach characters FAR surpass the powers of the characters in Naruto.
