Mmm this is pretty hard. I think Id have to say Sannin just because jiraiya and Oro are strong and tsunade is pretty strong too. So I think if there team work is good it would beat Madara

Well, we don't know Madara's fighting prowess. Do the six Jinchuriki have the six paths abilities or just Madara's? What ARE Madara's abilities? What is that stupid looking battle fan for? We don't know much yet so it's unfair to make calls on such one-sided information.
Jyraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade are quite powerful by themselves. When they were a team, they were almost flawless. All three of them now (meaning before Orochimaru and Jyraiya died) would be epic.
