I mean he extensively mastered all elements and even yin/yang. He was very knowledgeable, a true legend. :sigar:

Only Kaguya can create TSB (and possibly Hagoromo/Hamura.)

Naruto's was a Bijuudama Rasenshuriken and Obito was using what he had leftover.
That wasn't a bijuu bomb, it was a Tailed Beast Ball Spiralling Shuriken. There is a big difference. Also obito made a gudodama after absorbing madara's rikudou senjutsu, what do you even mean by leftover? :sigar:

Only someone using Six Paths Senjutsu or its equivalent can create Godoudama. Madara couldn't create Godoudama prior to becoming the Juubi's Jinchuuriki because, despite having some of Hagoromo's chakra via the Rinnegan and using a limited form of Hashirama's Senjutsu, he did not have anything on the level of Six Paths Senjutsu.

Obito created a Godoudama after absorbing a bit of Madara's Six Paths Senjutsu. That's why he could create a staff and deflect Madara's Godoudama.

Sasuke could not create Godoudama because, despite having some of Hagoromo's chakra, he did not have Six Paths Senjutsu. This applied even after Sasuke contained the raw chakra of the individual Bijuu within his Susano'o; the chakra was not housed within Sasuke, and was probably not combined into the Juubi (Senjutsu), but rather remained pure, regular chakra.

Just to be fair, effort has little to do with it, it's all about having Six Paths Senjutsu. I believe Naruto's RSM grants universal comprehension, so to him such Chakra manipulation is simple. I guess you could say its due to his awesomeness, but it's a bit like the Sharingan's power; Kakashi didn't have to train to use Susano'o, Sasuke doesn't have to "train" to use Chibaku Tensei (he simply figured it out, more or less).

All of the ninjas who gained Six Paths Senjutsu or the Rinnegan were already among the most skilled in the series when it comes to Chakra manipulation and using unique forms of Chakra such as Senjutsu or Bijuu Chakra, so I suppose they get a pass when it comes to easily adapting to new powers.
