in this page of the latest manga it seems that madara no's oro.

he doesn't no until he's told that its kabuto using the jutsu but he no's of the technique. meaning he either lived well beyond his age (somehow) or jumped through time.

that would explain how he gave the rinnegan to Nagato.

he either found out from the 2nd before he became hokage or from oro by jumping through time. either way im satisfied and the fact that it's mentioned that he was raised before his prime either means kabuto knows a way to resurrect people before they get all wrinkly or madara died young somehow in the near past. Ooooooooooooh, i wonder which it will be?

Muu, the second tsuchikage knew about Edo tensei and second hokage. Oonoki the third actually fought against madara. Madara knew about edo tensei from the second hokage. Saying that he can travel through time is a pretty huge leap and highly unlikely, since a simple, cannon, and logical explanation is readily available.

it's obvious they all know about it from the 2nd hokage, he made the jutsu and probaly used it in fights, and sometime after becoming hokage, he labeled it forbidden
