Also, it makes no sense how he could have been powerful enough to take on minato without any training or anything. Things just don't add up.

Also, wouldn't he want his eye back if Kakashi had it? there were certainly so many opportunities.

On the other hand, we still have no idea what happened to Kakashi and Obitos female partner.

Rin is dead. Kakashi said himself everyone close to him is dead. Also when he died obito, rin, and minato both pulled him up before he talked to his father. Showing that all of them are dead. :|

The only thing that makes me think Tobi could be Obito is that he has the right eye sharingan but no left eye which is similar to Obitos body after Kakashi leaves. I also think he wouldnt turn against the leaf though.

just going to play devil's advocate here: kabuto has summoned a bunch of people via impure world resurrction that are linked to major characters on the allied side in an attempt to beat them by playing on their emotions. so why then, since kakashi is an elite ninja, has kabuto not summoned obito to try and find a weakness for kakashi? just something to think about

Interesting point, and I think too that one of Madara's sharingan eyes is Shisui's (The black one) why he have it covered ? For same reason that Danzo had it .. cause it is able to manipulate people and when its black it cant be used again.
Danzo noted he can use it only once per day; in the end of Sasuke vs Danzo fight it was white again indicating that it was usable.
Madara's left eye is/was Shisui's and his right probably Obito's but he is no one else but Madara in Zetsu's body with Obito's and Shisui's sharingan eyes.

Why would he go threw the trouble to get a low level sharingan when he can kill someone else for one. Or else get a couple from his wall. I agree that he might of had shisui's eye but if it was his left then it's gone now.

Apparently it can continue to evolve after a new user takes over, seeing as Kakashi raised it first to three tomoes then to Mangekyo levels.
