In case you haven't noticed, Kishi has made several cultural references throughout the entire manga. Religion is one of the most common influences on the manga, how have you not noticed it before?

Ok so "rip off" may be too strongly worded. I mean they could have given him more arms, maybe grow some extra headssomething different. Not just an extra 2 shadows or the extra eye. I am a fan but creativity is something I truly appreciate. Yes I do know that most manga are designed around world religions and rely heavily on Hinduism and Buddhism. call me a failure as a Naruto fan if that pleases your ego.
