EDIT: This is alive Rinnegan SM Madara, I didn't understand it before. Then I think that it could go either way, maybe team 2 because Kakashi can defeat Madara with Kamui while Hashirama is attacking him at the same time. Killer Bee should defeat SM Naruto.

Limbo is too much. He can't sense it or see it. So there is no way he can effectively fight him. Limbo knocks him around, immobilizes him and Madara finishes him off.
