The Hawk's Eye having concentric circles has always been an ancient artistic depiction: (Just like Sasuke's Hawk in the anime)

Take for example this African hawk mask ^

Even the King Vulture's eyes in Mayan Art are depicted with circles

The rings are just an artistic depiction of the Tapetum lucidum of a Bird's eye when light is reflected on its eyes
Alright, you just heard it from Sir Derp Obito, one of the greatest theorists/debaters in the history of NB... thread/

Boy you must be retarded thinking the hawk actually has rinnegan. But you are probably one of those Sausage wankers, so I can't blame you, they tend to have low brain capacity.

Here. [ ]

I do not like him as much I used to years ago. He seems boring and unidimensional.

so I can't blame you

I appreciate.

It might be.

Doubt it, as it's just a pattern. It was shown to have this pattern when it was shown the first time as well. He was talking about 'Nurturing' the eye. My guess is, he's interested in Sasuke's. He even called Sasuke his child, as the Dialogue ended on 'Child'. Let's see why he said it.

He was quoting Hashirama's words in that instance, the same words Hashirama said to him when he backstabbed him in the Vote fight.

I am fully aware. Hashirama talked about his Family then, and Madara is repeating that in the same context, as not a few pages before it, Hashirama did say that Sasuke bore a strong resemblance to Izuna. Like I said; wait and see.

Lol first of all I'm aware yOu knOw a Rinnegan is Uchiha DNA (Sharingan) + Senju DNA. How yOu cOuld pOssibly think a hawk (with Orange eyes by the way) cOuld have such ingredients for a Rinnegan...that's that's just beyOnd me, let's nOt even gO tO the Chakra needed to sustain a rinnegan....(Nagato's Summonings don't count as Animals with rinnegans as only nagato had the eye and they had reflections of it)...Lol but seriously What's next?
