-That second part of his quote refers to THE SHARINGAN. Hence the singular usage of "eye power" and not "eye powers" and the singular usage of "it" and not "them"
Now, aside from your own fanfiction, where did Kaguya use Byakugan and Sharingan to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi on the people.
