madara with hashi cell is a beast hands down but take away hashi power and he is nothing he would not be in the fight if it was not for hashi huge charka mass and his wood style. This customize madara is badass but when people think it is the same power level he has without hashi power then theat is when he gets overrated remember he lost to hashi while he had perfect susunoo and EMS + 9tail he suck.
