IN MY OPINION. plus in FACT i believe orochimaru is truely the strongest villain ever. his hard work got him to sannin and beyong kage level. when it comes to villains who are stronger than he is(itachi, madara), think about it, they all have some stupid strong eye technique they're born with that MAKES them strong. they don't need to train as hard as most people because of they're doujutsu(sharingan, rin'negan). jiraiya and orochimaru once had a conversation during the sannin showdown and jiraiya told orochimaru "what would i want with the uchiha kid, teaching someone who's already a genuis to begin with"
bottom line. orochimaru DESERVES to be the strongest villain.

Uchiha are not natural geniuses... Obito and Kakashi demonstrates this point exceptinally well
Obito was, at best, a slightly above average shinibo whilst Kakashi, a true genius that was gifted with a sharingan eye, was able to become one of only five people in history to achieve MS. This was all the while being 'incompatible' with said eye. Madara, his brother, Itachi and Sasuke were also, geniuses, though the later could be argued against...
As for Orochimaru - It's true, he was the perfect villain. But in that sense, he was a stereotypical villain and a pretty boring character, one that I was glad to see the end of. He was far from being the greatest genius we've seen... For all his genius, he still had to use others to gain power or to be 'perceived' as powerful. And where exactly did that get him? He became a shadow of his former self, an embarrassment. Someone that wasn't even able to take Sasuke's body, pathetic... There are numerous examples of people without a bloodline ability that exceeded him at some stage or another. Sandaime, Minato - and by extension our own Naruto. Arguably even Jiraiya and Tsunade became stronger then him, though this is stretching it a touch and is a matter of perception.

It is debatable whether they're immortal or not. As Kakuzu said, nobody is truely immortal. But Oro and Madara seem to be as close as possible.
It hasn't been said that Madara wants Sasuke's eyes yet, but there is evidence that supports that theory. Itachi said Madara was just a shell of his former self. This implies that he has grown considerably weaker. We know that he got the EMS by getting his brother's eyes, and its possible that at some point he lost the EMS, hence him being a shell of his former self. IMO I think hes going to try and get Sasuke to take Itachi's eyes to get the EMS and then try to take Sasuke's eyes in order to get the EMS. Maybe it has to be your brother's eyes for it to turn into the EMS and this would by why Madara wouldn't just take Sasuke's eyes right off the bat.
Originally Madara was trying to save the Uchiha. He and his brother made the sacrifice they did in order to give the Uchiha the power to rule. When the rest of the clan agreed to sign a peace treaty with the Senju and name a Senju as the first Hokage, Madara was furious. He felt betrayed and felt that now his brother's sacrifice was nothing but a waste. He fought the Hokage, lost, and then disappeared. After that he wanted nothing but revenge on both Konoha and the Uchiha clan.
The fourth point with Konan being rude isn't really worth debating.....really no importance to anything.

mmm...i duno if u can say oro is a better villian....madara ws a genius villain in his ow right, th way tht he acts in th backround instead of out in th open.....like whn madara ws manipulating pain...n hw he is manipulating saske now...n i believe tht thr is mr to his plan thn js akatski....but i must say tht, i do think its nt t last we've heard of oro.....i like wt someone said here bout oro tkn madara'a body....tht wud b AMAZING....thn he wud truly b super strong.
