Kirin can be dodged by many people because everyone was faster than lightning at the time that doesn't make Kirin not credible heck of it wasn't for all the nerfs Itachi could have dodged it neg diff. A near blind crippled on the verge of death Itachi managed to activate Susanoo even though the attack could have blinded him because of its light that's one hell of a feat. Kirin will be undodgeable if put in the same situation as Itachi.

I've brought this stuff up in debates in the past...people are just going to believe what they want.

For the Ninja vs Logia...i argued that Ninja actually control the elements, while from the description crocodile gave...Logia are just generators.(this may have changed...i stopped following one piece at chp600) So in theory...if a ninja can mix their chakra with a Logia user and gained control over their body, then they could form them into a jutsu and fire them into a body of water. (you never know chakra might even interact with Logia in a similar way to haki)

Nv humans seem to have started off with just stamina-Mental and physical energy separate without mixing it to form chakra...Kaguya trapped these 'normal humans' in her IT and they turned into zetsu(not everyone, the 100,000 zetsu army Obito used to start the 4th great shinobi war)...then she turned into Juubi and was defeated by her sons...then Hagoromo after releasing Kaguya's IT, shared his chakra in hopes of helping people use their own spiritual energy to connect with each-other...but instead, they used the chakra Hagoromo shared in order to connect their own spiritual and physical energy and gained the ability to use chakra...so Kaguya's story retcons what Jiraiya said about how genjutsu works.

Only way i see nv characters beating Dbz is to not fight on Dbz's terms...Koto amatsukami would be game-breaking if they could find an opening to use it...like during prefight banter...because it could turn a powerful enemy into an alley.

i will have to read the Alabasta arc again, but Crocodile explained how logia's worked and when creating a sand storm..i remember him saying something along the lines of being able to create it but it was out of his control afterwards. Has a logia ever controlled preexisting matter of their element? i remember crocodile absorbing the water out of his surroundings to turn it into a desert...but not outright commanding the sands of that desert the way the characters in naruto do(gaara)

Well any advanced genjutsu will work on them. The only one with resistance feat is Vegeta. Sasuke can make them the center of gravity then there's the Gudodamas.

True...but in crossover battles like this people tend to force the Nv characters to fight on the other verse's terms.

When you take a look at it Kishimoto made his characters and Verse as a whole pretty balanced...they have the versatility to face opponents from various other verses without even adding out of verse abilities or restricting the other sides. They have the yin release or spiritual energy to face Bleach verse...but also the necessary physically strength to face One piece and also Hax that could even let them get the jump on Dbz in the right situation(In character,non blood-lusted)...unlike most verses, they are sneaky and underhanded...so it's no wonder they are so heavily restricted in debates.
