I've already explained why all those powers are stolen. If by your logic Sage Mode isn't considered stolen only because it's no big stuff for Madara, I'm done. Kaguya did steal the Shinju's chakra, however, her son didn't have those powers that Kaguya had. He basically was given chakra and needed to discover and understand how to use it himself. This is not related in anyway, whatsoever.
