Well.... even EMS Madara with PS would wipe the floor with most... I mean, it depends on how long he can use PS, but you kinda need mokuton to an extreme, or to be a perfect jin to actually stand a chance... IMO.

On the Yata Mirror comment, it can block anything and the reason that is, is because it changes all it's attributes and can change the attributes of the attack into anything else. Bijuu Dama becomes a pebble. That's how you should think of it. It's also stated in the Manga and more so in the data book.
