[Theory] Madara is Tobirama's Imperfect Edo Tensei

So, maybe Tobirama was looking for ways to protect the leaf village and thinks, "Gee, wouldn't it be great if Madara was still alive and working for the Hidden Village. Back when he and Hashirama ran things, things were pretty awesome" So, he creates Edo Tensei, but it's imperfect. Things don't go so well, and Madara escapes. Tobirama keeps quiet about the failure and bans the jutsu. Meanwhile, Madara takes up the name of Tobi to shame Tobirama.

Well, out of the number of huge gaping problems in your theory, I will pick the biggest, Edo Tensei's heal themselves, and Konan clearly proved that "Bitch, you may be untouchable, but my pieces of paper can still kick your ass" He used Izanagi, and lost his arm, which didn't immediately grow back. Plus, why bother dodging techniques and going untouchable if you just regenerate seconds later. And the fact that it wouldn't make sense.
