Madara is not being controlled by kabuto

Sorry if this is already obvious to you, but i see so many posts like "...once madara breaks free of kabutos control..." so I just wanted to clear a few things up.

First off, madara seemed to think that he was revived by gedo rinne tensei seeing as he said "It appears that brat nagato has grown up". Of course, those revived by gedo rinne tensei just come back to life and arent controlled.

Here, kabuto doesn't know madaras intentions since he asked if madara was going to crush both of them. Further proof that madara isnt being controlled.

Finally, now that kabuto is under izanami, he obviously isnt controlling anybody anymore. Madara begins activating his perfect susanoo, and says that he has decided to answer the 5 kages with his true stregnth.

If all of this isnt enough proof, i think that madaras arrogance is. You can bet that he'd be seriously pissed off if kabuto was controlling his movements.

First, just because he doesn't realize he's been summoned by Edo Tensei, doesn't mean he's not under its control. Many of the revived dead who were not familiar with the technique were confused.

Here, this may be just Muu talking. Even if it isn't, Kabuto has retained Madara's character and thereby given him some leeway in how he acts. Madara has not been made a complete puppet and can therefore attack in his own way like other Edo Tensei.

True, Kabuto is under Izanami, but once he relinquishes ET, Madara should still go away because he is still a summon. That is unless you buy the theory that he won't because he was indirectly summoned by Muu. It's debatable.

Lastly, being pissed isn't going to change the fact that he is an ET summon. Most of the shinobi summoned are pretty pissed about the circumstance, and guess what? They're still there under Kabuto's control.

He isn't being controlled by Kabuto, but he was still summoned by Edo Tensi so theres a chance he will be gone when Kabuto releases it.

Duh, but you bring up something I've been thinking about for awhile now. what if Kabuto set Madara aside, and even if he released his reanimation jutsu, Madara wouldnt go away.

Kabuto is a tricky one after all, and it wouldn't surprise me, if itachi disappears but Madara is still playing with the kages.

Plus, where is Muu? Maybe he is on his way to rescue Kabuto??

He would have expressed confusion if his body was moving without him trying like the other edos.

Kabuto erased muu's conciousness and took him over.

I'm not talking about whether or not madara will go away once kabuto releases edo. Im saying he cant possibly be controlling the edos while hes in izanami.

Again, he would have expressed anger at being controlled like a puppet by some snake nerd in glasses.

I think thats what madara did. After all he is his trump card and we saw him holding an edo piece when he was thinking, this edo is unstoppable.

Eh, perhaps you are right! Though I still wonder if he really is in control. I do not believe Madara is an inherently evil character. Overly competitive with Hashirama, maybe, but not evil. In which case, I question why he is attacking the Kages in the first place.
