Madara is better than Hashirama

While Madara is just chilling in the wooden dragon, Hashirama is out of breath and was impaled by 6 black rods (possibly giving Madara a power up)

Madara tanked the Rasenshuriken easily and even thanks Naruto for making his job so easy, while Hashirama thinks the battle is over.

And finally, Madara easily breaks out of Hashirama's restricting jutsu, the same one he used to successfully restrain the Juubi.

Bottom line, Madara is going to have all you fanboys disappear for a while next chapter.

Anyways, I think you have a point but I just want to mention a couple of things: It's obvious Madara wasn't fighting to win against Hashirama right now, his goal was to become alive, and he said he needed Hashirama's SM powers. I believe Madara did exactly that, he impaled Hashirama with his rods, drained some of his SM powers and used it to give him a bigger advantage of taking Obito's will over. When Hashirama is talking about the Wood Dragon and says "it'll negate the ninjutsu you're using to drain all that chakra" he's referringto the chakra rods and the transfer of Hashi's SM chakra to Madara. So if anything, Madara had the advantage in this fight. Hashirama fans really shouldn't use 656 as an alibi for saying Hashirama is better.

I don't think Madara tanked RS. The zoom in into the Rinnegan on that scan leads me to believe he used Deva's powers to nerf the RS a little bit so that it wouldn't effect him.

So far he his right now. Keeping in mind in their last fight at the VoTe they were practically even until Hashirama pulled it out at the end thanks to Madara dropping his EMS and not realizing the Wood Clone; and that was a Madara with just EMS

This Madara now, not only has the ability to utilize Wood Release as well, but also has the all-ppwerfull Rinnegan as well. Madara's got a major power boost

So if hey were practically even before Hashirama >= EMS Madara
Now Rinnegan/Wood Realease/EMS Madara > Hasirama

Nah, because as we could see Hashirama was still able to move and execute attacks. Madara couldn't. To be honest if Hashirama had sealing jutsu it would be over right now. But all that is irrelevant now since Madara could probably shit on him now that he's alive at full power.
