I don't think he holds a grudge on Tobirama for killing Izuna although he did say to Hashirama, that he should have killed Tobirama. Madara wants to surpass Hashirama , but he said" till he accomplish his Dream ,he will enjoy fighting Hashirama", so I don't think Madara hates Hashi,, but Its obviously that Madara hates Tobirama .... and it will be awesome to see a combat between these too .. Indeed that was i was thinking about. He never really cared about Tobirama, and if it was written in the uchiha tablet how to unlock rinnegan then he wanted to steal/get hashirama's power.

If we compare sasuke with Madara, sasuke still care about his brother will and what he fought for, and also went after Danzo who was behind it.

I don't think he hates Hashirama at all.....I think he was bitter at a time from losing to him. Though....Madara seems the type to accept things. Even as a child he accepted Hashirama as stronger....they're really good friends deep down I believe. They were just dealt bad hands concerning each other imo. As far as the way their lives went. They both really admire each other, and both have an immense amount of respect for each other. I don't think he hates him....I feel he feels a certain amount of disgust for Hashirama I believe. At times though...not all the time. Due to Hashirama being so overly friendly.....emotional, etc.

Because they feel inferior to their opponent. No matter what Madara has tried in the past, Hashirama was been able to come out on top.

Where has it ever said Madara hates Hashirama? He respects him above all. What Madara opposes against Hashirama is his view points. Madara does what he does because he has a different view point of peace than Hashirama but he has never showed bitter hatred towards him.
