I dont think so since hashiram wanted to make him hokage ane he saw his sincerity its more to do eith him being a hypocrite to the will of fire and not exterminating Tobirama. Its because of Izuna he wanted power then when he read the tablet and Tobiramas undermining he becqme disheartened.I don't think he holds a grudge on Tobirama for killing Izuna although he did say to Hashirama, that he should have killed Tobirama. Madara looks like he has forgotten Izuna for very long time to the point where he holds no grudge. He probably hates Hashirama because he became Hokage and he didn't.
