with nagato it was a special case, you would have to look for the thread I made a while back, that tobi gave nagato his ems eyes , and after the traumatic experience it evolved, realize kishi has never shown nagato's normal eyes? realize nagato can't take off his rinnegan?

I see, it does make sense. It's probably that some parts of all the theories here put together to make the truth.

i could of sword they showed his eyes when his parents died and there was the rinnegan, he then killed those guys that envaded his home..i might be wrong but idk

There is one thing that is fishy about this...Tobi is this slick evil dude that wants to take over the world. While i dont get that impression from the real Madara at all. He seems less evil and seems like taking over the world would never have been is objective. In 560 he seemed to refer to tobi as a different person.

Tobi is just an uchiha, maybe even Madara's right hand man after Inuza, maybe he took out madara's eyes after madara died in his battle with Senju boss (rinnegan eyes, read my last post) thus he knows alot about this shit, and he doesnt have MS!

You have thought it out very good but Tobi can't be Madara for some obvious reasons I have mentioned in other posts. I believe Tobi was using Madara all along and the fight Madara had versus Hashirama was to obtain his cells so Tobi could create Rinnegan through Madara. I believe they met up after Madara left the village and became avenger. Don't know if Madara was supposed to die but I think that Tobi was going to use him to synch with Gedo Mazo and ressurect Juubi.

So I'm just sticking with believing it's Tobi for now. Somehow, if Tobi was to create the Rinnegan through Madara, and if Madara then died. Did Tobi give it to Nagato?
