But he is holding it back because he wants some fun, its sad to know that the villain could at any time have won but did't simply because the plot won't allow it. ( I mean it does make some sense, but its a terrible way to illustrate how the villain will lose. )

Its been a long time since he gained the Juubi, and he would have more than enough time to grow the fruit that Obito began on. Which would allow him to instantly activate the Genjutsu. Meaning that he could already have won before Sasuke and Naruto showed up..

But Obito was able to move on with his plan using only a single Rinnegan and Sharingan. Seeing how its Madara's Rinnegan he will be able to turn it into a Sharingan again and cast the Genjutsu, so he doesn't really need his other eye. Unless Obito's visual prowess is better than Madara's in the form of Genjutsu.

The very core of the Shinju and the flower doesn't matter? I also said regardless of those facts, so don't avoid the question. The flower was minutes away from blooming when Obito was the Jin, now Madara has been the Jin for more than a couple of minutes. Meaning that the flower should have bloomed already.

Just killed him? You make it sound that simple, it took the entire alliance to simply take the Juubi away. Then they focused on Madara but he became the Jin before anyone could do anything.

EOTM is casting Infinite Tsukiyomi on the Moon, which will affect Everyone. It will also cause a fruit to bloom which is madara's ultimate goal. Probably.
