would be more correct to say that early tobi is confirmed. As u can see on the third picture tobi is falling, so it's probably the dumb good boy tobi. but maybe he will transform into his true personality

Truthfully there's only one move that seperates Tobi from Madara thus far, The Teleportation Technique. So unless they don't include that move it won't make much of a difference. It may not have made it since they're only supposed to be going to the end of The Pain Arc.

He should have the ability to slip through attacks as he did to Sasuke (as Tobi) and Naruto during Sasuke and Itachi's fight. So since Tobi is just a front I'm just going to call him Madara and not worry about it.

Also you have to figure that as Madara he sent Sasuke to capture Killer Bee and we do end up seeing Sasuke as an Akatsuki so I'd expect Madara, possibly as an unlockable "transformation" of sorts.

Actually zoom in on the 3rd picture and he's definitely not falling. He's upright it just looks like he jumped in the air and is about to land.

Doesn't matter if he's falling or just jumping like a dumb head, it just doesn't look seriously and that's the point, I just hate fun characters -.-. Have u ever seen Kakashi or Itachi or so. else doing such a strange jump/fall ???

I know that it was the real Tobi who sent Sasuke to capture KB and that the games goes till Pain arc, that's the reason why I think that his "transformation" is the real Tobi.

It's really not a strange jump zoom in. His head is upright he's just landing from jumping. I've seen Kakashi and Itachi do similar jumps. Zoom in on the picture it's just jumping.
