Well he can't do that without sealing them all inside Gedo Mazo, which is sealed inside Obito.

Even then, it takes 3 days to just seal one and that was with the entire Akatsuki.

Though its possible he doesn't need them anymore now that the Tree is up, he was actually rather pleased the Ten Tails was split again.

Pffft. Madara is gonna get butt raped because Naruto is finally going to reveal himself as the evil mastermind behind it all and absorb all the Bijuu, the shell of the Shinju and Madara. Then he's gonna take a bit fat shit on Sasuke's head and swoop down to kidnap his one true love....Ino!
