Sasuke also has Six Paths Chakra being Hagoromo gave it to him. Sasuke Rinnegan is a One eye'd rinnegan, it's not meant to be 2, that was implied in Manga.

Manga clearly implies that is all he needs to compete. And he's Likely => JJv3 Madara. EoS Sasuke should be >= Madara in skill.

Sorry Sasuke's rinnegan was enough to shock even Hagoromo. A master of the Rinnegan, and Sasuke also managed to create a chakra structure on the same level as Hagoromo. All of this while his rinnegan was still immature. So I think it is safe to assume that Sasuke's rinnegan > Dual rinnegan

If Madara fans weren't so afraid of losing superiority then this fact would be obvious.

Naruto was given RSM and he combined that with BM and that resulted in a superior RSM
In the same vein, Sasuke was given Rinnegan. That power combined with the power of his Sharingan bringing forth a superior rinnegan

Also, your table doesn't even mention Sasuke's Susano'o or his S/T jutsu, but instead only focuses on what Madara has and Sasuke doesn't :|

Regardless only fanboys believe that Sasuke is stronger than 3 eyed Madara. Maddy runs off much bigger batteries

When u have the Sage of Six Paths (God of Shinobi world who spent his who
Life eithe the rinnegan) being surprised at the strength of your eye, and the Kyuubi putting Sasuke's ability at Hagoromo's level while Sasuke's eye is still immature :| Its not that hard to realize Sasuke's eye is superior, but whatevs//////////////////////////////////////////////////////
