*This jutsu can only be used by Izuna Uchiha , KBB, Naruto Uzumaki ,and Emperor of Water *

To defend Izuna and I against the fire, and remember, Abysmal Water is the perfect defense for fire of any rank or heat, and since the water was already on the field, the jutsu can be used. O_O
