No way in hell two fast ninja is gonna stand there for 5 minutes waiting for the Rocks to come up off the floor. Minato would easily escape and Itachi would just Amaterasu that Chakra sphere, And nagato would be Sooo exhausted. Then it will Be Itachi/Minato Vs Madara

Madara and nagato for the win them two together are two powerful. madara has six jinchuruki and nagato as all six paths.

dude amaterasu isnt strong enough to destroy that sphere. it took a tbb rasenshuriken and itachis strongest long ranged attack to destroy it...amaterasu wont destroy it.and minatos kunai will just be pulled up into the sphere as well so he cant tele away from it
Itachi VS Nagato can go either way
Minato VS Madara is a battle of speed so its kinda obvious
Itachi VS Nagato in the last manga was Itachi without genjutsu, also if you look at what Amaterasu did before Nagato could push it away you would agree that it could go either way if by any chance Chibaku Tensei would make trouble Minato could handle it, but I suppose Yasaka's Magatama isnt a 1 time attack either so he can just fire 3 of them since its not exactly a slow attack
many could argue that madara is now uber powerful since he has Rinnegan, but his most useful tech is stil his ST since its kinda the fastest and Rinnegan has nothing fast enough for Minato and Minatos FTG is still faster than Madaras ST

madara can pwn both...he lost to yondaime(if i dont count kishimoto's knowledge of madara) because he was weakened, he was controlling kyuubi, used tsukuyomi on kyuubi, killed 3 anbu+1 medical nin anbu, hokage's wife and extracted kyuubi from kushina...then summoned him into village...and minato just used 5 times ftg
