minato. space time barrier, flying thunder god, various sealing ninjutsu like the seal he put on naruto, perfected one hand rasengan, vast intelligence perhaps above itachi's (actually considering itachi's plans when it comes to sasuke, minato is by far smarter).
any attack on him is doomed to fail because of his s/t jutsu and he no doubt is a master of normal ninjutsu. he was called unsurpassable by jiraiya and raikage. jiraiya said anyone pales in comparison to the talent minato had.
no im not a fanboy of him. hes barely in my top 10. just saying, hes stronger than people give him credit for. minato killed minato, i trust you guys know that. itachi knew he couldnt beat tobi which is why he had to bargain with him to not attack konoha.
