Here is something different what if hashirama and madara teamed up against the whole alliance who wins.

Rules:
EMS madara not RS madara
Both are alive
alliance does not include obito but has sasuke, orochimaru and team taka.

Ems madara alone showed the capability to fodderize gokage. SM hashi's even stronger than him. One PS slash + one shinshuu thousand fists wipes out 99% of the alliance in one go. All that'd be left are relevant shinobi... Which is like 10-20 people

its a tough toss up with shinsusenju alone alliance would have difficulty add PS it would make it way more difficult and both ninjas are very durable. the major players from alliance would be the gokage, naruto, kakashi, sasuke and gai. its a tough matchup the alliance can use combos but so can hashi and madara which would also be very OP

Is this vs every shinobi including Tobirama, Minato, etc? Because if it is, world wins med diff. If it is only alive, they lose high diff.

Since BM Minato is a part of alliance,Minato alone can hold Uchiha Madara and the rest of the World takes care of Lord Hashirama and then helps Minato to beat Madara.

Or may be Minato gives Kyuubi cloak to Onoki then Onoki and Minato one shots Madara with Jinton of PS level then they'll go and help SA to take care of Hashirama.

Btw Budha gets teleported by Kyuubi cloaked Tobirama.
